You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, wherever possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect your funds.
Standard withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed the same day during business hours. Bank transfers typically take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing, which can significantly reduce waiting times.

Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn. This includes — but is not limited to — using multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, coordinated wagering between accounts to meet wagering requirements artificially, and using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play patterns. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings removed and may be permanently closed.
All bonuses carry an expiry date from the point they are credited. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically removed from your account. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in its individual terms.
The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on win778, including cricket, PSL, football, esports, and all other markets.
A bet is only confirmed and binding once you have received a confirmation notification and a bet reference number. Bets that do not receive confirmation — due to technical issues, odds changes, or other reasons — are not valid and no liability arises for either party.
Odds can change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. win778 displays odds clearly and does not apply retrospective changes to confirmed bets.
If a cricket or PSL match is abandoned before a result is achieved — due to rain, weather, or other causes — pre-match match-winner bets are generally voided and stakes returned. In-play markets are settled according to the amount of play completed at the time of abandonment. Specific void rules for each market type are stated in the detailed betting rules section of the platform.
Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and vary by sport and market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm. win778 reserves the right to limit stakes or payouts on individual accounts or markets at its discretion.
If win778 makes an obvious pricing error — for example, displaying decimal odds of 100.00 on a heavy favourite — any bets placed at the erroneous odds may be voided and stakes returned. win778 will communicate clearly in any such instance.
